Patriot Express or a commercial flight?
The Patriot Express (the AMC rotator) flies from Seattle-Tacoma to Osan Air Base in Pyeongtaek, near Humphreys, not to Incheon. This guide is for commercial flights into Incheon International Airport (ICN), which USFK says is the route when the Patriot Express isn't authorized or available.
Option 1: the government airport shuttle

- Priority: seats are limited and go in this order: PCS orders, emergency leave, TDY orders, ordinary leave, then everyone else.
- Check in first: USFK tells official travelers to report to the USFK Joint Reception Desk near Exit 1 in Terminal 1 or Exit 5 in Terminal 2. Military OneSource says the desks are staffed 24 hours a day.
- Documents: per Military OneSource, you need your Common Access Card, orders and supporting paperwork to board.
Military OneSource also says PCS arrivals are authorized to take a taxi or a privately owned vehicle from the airport, while encouraging government transportation. If you're eligible and your flight lands in time for a bus, the shuttle is the obvious first choice.
Option 2: taxi
- Incheon Airport's taxis serve Seoul, Incheon and four Gyeonggi cities (Bucheon, Gwangmyeong, Gimpo and Goyang) without a boundary surcharge. Pyeongtaek is outside that area, so Seoul and Gyeonggi taxis add a 20% boundary surcharge from the point they leave it, and Incheon taxis 30%.
- That's on top of the meter, the night surcharge between 10pm and 4am, and tolls.
- We couldn't find an official fare estimate for this route, so ask the driver for an estimate or check a map app before you set off.
Option 3: airport bus plus a local taxi
Airport buses run to Pyeongtaek city, but as of October 2026 none lists a stop at a Humphreys gate. You'd still need a local taxi for the last part, with all your bags. Check current routes on Incheon Airport's bus pages before relying on one.
Option 4: a pre-booked van
Useful for family members and visitors without orders, people on leave, flights that land after the last shuttle, and families with a lot of luggage. The van is just for your group, the price is per vehicle and fixed before you fly (in US dollars by PayPal, which only holds the payment until a driver is confirmed), and your driver tracks your flight and waits at no extra cost if it's late.

Sponsors must stay with their guests at all times on the installation, and 120-hour guest passes are issued only at the Adams, Yoon or Pedestrian Gate visitor control centers. Unless your sponsor has arranged access, plan to be dropped at a gate where they'll meet you, or at an off-post address such as housing or a hotel in Anjeong-ri. Tell us the gate or address when you book.
Meeting your driver at Incheon

Online booking closes 24 hours before pickup. Add your flight number so your driver can track your landing time.

The day before, your booking page and email show your driver's name, phone number and car number.

Land and clear arrivals
Go through immigration, baggage claim and customs. Korean Air, Asiana, Delta and a few partners use Terminal 2; most other airlines use Terminal 1 (airlines by terminal).

Look for your name sign
Walk out into the public arrivals hall on 1F. Your driver is waiting there with your name on a sign. If your flight is late, they keep waiting at no extra cost.

Can't see them?
Message the driver team from your booking page (we translate for the driver) or call the number you were sent. Don't go with anyone who walks up offering a ride: Incheon Airport itself warns about unlicensed call vans posing as taxis.
