What we collect
Your name, email, phone (optional), country, flight number, pickup address and trip details, messages you send us, and payment records (method, amount, date). Card details are handled by PayPal or Toss Payments; we don't see your card number.
Why
To quote and arrange your ride, send you booking updates, let your driver find you, handle refunds and support, and keep records required by law.
Who we share it with
The partner operator and driver assigned to your ride receive your name, trip details and messages. Payments are processed by PayPal (US dollars) and Toss Payments (Korean cards and easy pay). Our chat assistant runs on Anthropic's Claude API. Maps and address search use OpenStreetMap data (OpenFreeMap, Photon by komoot, Nominatim); the place you search for or pin is sent to these services.
How long
Booking records are kept for 5 years for tax and consumer-protection purposes, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by emailing jyy2co@gmail.com or replying to any booking email.
