Before your driver is confirmed
Cancel any time for a full refund. With PayPal, the hold is released and you are not charged. With a Korean card or easy pay, the full amount is refunded.
48 hours or more before pickup
Full refund.
48 to 24 hours before pickup
90% refund. The 10% covers payment fees and other costs we can't get back.
Less than 24 hours before pickup, or no-show
No refund, because the driver and vehicle are already reserved for you.
If we cancel
If we or our partner cannot provide your ride, you get a full refund. If no driver can be assigned, card and easy pay payments are refunded in full automatically, and PayPal holds are released.
How to cancel
Use the Cancel button on your booking page (linked in every booking email). The refund amount under this policy is shown before you confirm. You can also email us or use the chat.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the way you paid. Card and easy pay refunds are made by cancelling the payment through Toss Payments; your card company may take 3 to 7 business days to show them. PayPal refunds usually show within a few days.
