Who we are
LK Limousine is operated by LK Private Co., Ltd. (Republic of Korea). We are a booking platform for airport pickups, drop-offs and tours: we take your booking and payment and arrange the ride with a licensed, insured partner transport operator, who performs the ride.
Prices
Prices are per vehicle and include tolls, parking, the name-sign greeting for arrivals and waiting for delayed flights. They are shown in US dollars for PayPal and in Korean won for Korean cards and easy pay. Changes to the route, time, group size or extra stops may change the price.
Payment methods
You can pay with PayPal in US dollars, or with a Korean card or easy pay (such as Toss Pay) in Korean won. Card and easy pay payments are processed by Toss Payments.
When you are charged
PayPal: when you book, PayPal places a hold on your payment. You are charged only when a driver is confirmed. If we cannot arrange a vehicle, the hold is released and you are not charged. Korean card or easy pay: you are charged when you book. If no driver can be assigned, the full amount is refunded automatically.
Your responsibilities
Please give accurate flight, address, passenger and luggage details. Extra luggage or passengers beyond the booked vehicle's capacity may not be carried. Smoking and illegal items are not allowed in vehicles.
How the service is delivered
There is nothing to ship. The service is a private car ride, delivered by the driver at the date, time and place you booked. Your confirmation email and booking page show the driver's name, phone number and car number before pickup.
Waiting time
For arrivals, the driver tracks your flight and waits for you after landing. For departures and tours, the driver waits up to 15 minutes after the booked time; after that the booking may be treated as a no-show.
Liability
Rides are operated by licensed partner operators under their passenger transport insurance. We are responsible for arranging your booking and handling payments and refunds as described in our cancellation policy.
